Mrs. Philine R. Simora is a dedicated public servant whose career reflects competence, commitment, and integrity in local governance.

        She completed her elementary education at Panitan Elementary School and her secondary education at Panitan National High School in Panitan, Capiz. She pursued higher education at Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion in Roxas City, Capiz, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science. Furthering her academic journey, she completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the same institution from 1996 to 2000.

        Ms. Simora began her career in public service as Administrative Aide IV at the Local Government Unit of New Lucena from September 2007 to March 2012. In March 2012, she was appointed as Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan, a position she continues to hold with dedication, ensuring the efficient and transparent management of legislative records and processes.

        With her strong educational foundation and extensive experience in government service, Ms. Simora remains committed to upholding the values of accountability, transparency, and efficiency in support of the Sangguniang Bayan and the people of New Lucena.
