Hon. Atty. Carl Vincent G. Mondejar, CPA, JD is a distinguished public servant whose professional journey reflects excellence, integrity, and a deep commitment to people-centered governance.

        He is a proud alumnus of Iloilo National High School’s Special Science Class, where his foundation of discipline and leadership began. He pursued higher education at the University of the Philippines Visayas, earning his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2014, the same year he successfully passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Board Examination.

        Answering a greater calling in law and public service, he furthered his studies at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2019. That same year, he also passed the Philippine Bar Examination, earning the rare distinction of being both a lawyer and a CPA.

        Mayor Mondejar’s career in public service began in 2022, when he was elected as a Sangguniang Bayan Member of New Lucena, Iloilo. During his term, he championed inclusive policies, transparency, and accountability in governance, while crafting responsive legislation to address the needs of his constituents.

        In 2025, he was entrusted with a higher mandate as the Municipal Mayor of New Lucena. His leadership is guided by a clear vision anchored on good governance, transparency, inclusivity, and responsiveness—ensuring that the local government remains committed to delivering efficient public services, promoting progressive development, and fostering community empowerment.

        With a strong background in both finance and law, Mayor Mondejar embodies the qualities of a leader who is not only well-prepared to face the challenges of governance but also deeply dedicated to serving his people.
