Valentino B. Calumay is a dedicated public servant from Barangay Bilidan, New Lucena, Iloilo. He completed his elementary education at Bilidan Elementary School and his secondary education at Sacred Heart Academy. He pursued higher education at AMA Computer College and New Lucena Polytechnic College, where he studied Midwifery.

        His journey in public service began as a member of the Sangguniang Bayan, and since 2013, he has been serving as Punong Barangay of Bilidan. Through his continued leadership, he also sits as an Ex-Officio Member of the Sangguniang Bayan of New Lucena up to the present (2024).

        With over a decade of service, Punong Barangay Calumay remains committed to the welfare, development, and progress of his community and the municipality.
