Hon. Jocelyn P. Espia has dedicated her life to public service, particularly in the field of agriculture and governance. A graduate of Bololacao National High School and Central Philippine University, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.

        Her career in government service began in 1977 as an Agricultural Technologist, a position she held until 1996. With her expertise and commitment to agricultural development, she went on to serve as Municipal Agriculturist from 1996 to 2017, where she became instrumental in advancing programs that supported local farmers and strengthened agricultural productivity in New Lucena.

        In 2019, she transitioned into elected office as a Sangguniang Bayan Member, where she continues to serve with dedication and passion. Her extensive background in agriculture and governance provides valuable insight in crafting policies that foster sustainable growth and community development.

        Hon. Espia’s service reflects her unwavering commitment to the people of New Lucena, upholding her vision of a progressive, agriculturally sustainable, and community-centered municipality.
