Floyd Sulleza Susarno hails from Sitio Ubos, Barangay Cabilauan, New Lucena, Iloilo. A proud alumnus of the University of San Agustin, he completed his elementary, high school, and college education in the institution, earning a degree in AB Philosophy.

        With a strong foundation in values-driven leadership and critical thinking, Floyd is committed to serving the people of New Lucena as a member of the Sangguniang Bayan for the term 2025–2028. His dedication to public service reflects his vision of inclusive governance, community development, and responsive legislation for the welfare of all New Lucenahons.
