Buen Gracia P. Hembra is a proud daughter of Barangay Cabugao, New Lucena. She began her academic journey at Jelicuon-Cabugao Elementary School and continued her secondary education at New Lucena National Comprehensive High School. With a passion for learning and leadership, she pursued higher education at West Visayas State University – Main Campus, where she earned a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Science.

        Driven by her dedication to youth empowerment and community development, Buen Gracia has been serving as the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairperson of Barangay Cabugao. She also holds the position of SK Municipal Federation President, making her an Ex-Officio Member of the Sangguniang Bayan of New Lucena since 2023. In her role, she represents the voice of the youth, working tirelessly to advance programs that nurture leadership, education, and active participation among young New Lucenanhons.
