The Municipality of New Lucena, Iloilo, through the 20% NTA Development Fund 2026 (Construction of Solar Street Light), intends to apply the sum of Php 1,000,000.00, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Construction and Installation of Solar Street Light, Brgy. Dawis, New Lucena, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
