The Municipality of New Lucena, Iloilo through the 20% NTA Development Fund CY 2026, MDC Resolution No. 03 S-2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Road Opening Sitio Buong, Brgy. Bololacao, New Lucena, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
