The Municipality of New Lucena, Iloilo through the 20% NTA Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Hall, Brgy. Calumbuyan, New Lucena, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
