 The Municipality of New Lucena, Iloilo through the 1,000,000.00 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,500,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Concreting of Road, Brgy. Bita-og Gaja, New Lucena, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
