The Municipality of New Lucena, Iloilo through the 20% Development Fund 2026 Concreting Rroads, General Delgado, New Lucena intends to apply the sum of Php1,000,000,00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Concreting Roads, Brgy. General Delgado, New Lucena, Iloilo . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
