  Municipality of New Lucena, Iloilo through the LGSF-FALGU intends to apply the sum of Php3, 000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Child Development Center) Brgy. General Delgado, New Lucena, Iloilo . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
