The Municipality of New Lucena, Iloilo through the General Fund-Codification intends to apply the sum of Php 280,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Publication to Newspaper of Revenue Code of the Municipality of New Lucena for 3 issues, New Lucena, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
