REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION PROCUREMENT FOR THE 15th CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION - SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM, NEW LUCENA, ILOILO

1. In view of the Community Participation Procurement, The Municipality of New Lucena, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites registered community-based cooperatives to participate in the community participation procurement for the 15th Cycle Implementation-Supplementary Feeding Program in accordance with Section 53.12 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (R-IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as "Government Procurement Reform Act".

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is One Million Four Hundred Thirteen Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,413,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
