INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF CHARACTER BUILDING BOOKS/ VALUES BOOK FOR PRE-SCHOOL, NEW LUCENA, ILOILO

1. The Municipality of New Lucena, Iloilo through the General Funds intends to apply the sum of Php 111, 720.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Character Building Books/ Values Books for Pre-School, New Lucena, Iloilo . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
