INVITATION TO BID FOR MEALS & SNACKS OF ATHLETES, COACHES, CHAPERONES AND TECHNICAL OFFICIALS

 

1. The Municipality of New Lucena, Iloilo through the Special Education fund- Local School Board intends to apply the sum of Php 399, 630.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Meals & Snacks of Athletes, Coaches, Chaperones and Technical Officials, Secondary Schools. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
